1-In September 2021 the organization participated as a co-partner in the "Bridge of Culture- Training Course on Intercultural Learning" project held in Misaktsieli, Georgia, where it became possible through youth workers to achieve a broader understanding of conflicts in general and how the acceptance of other cultures could soothe the severity of the trial human as an emotional nature, where succeeded how to cooperate and understand different perceptions due to culture. The project included various learning sessions about intercultural communication, theoretical approaches, peace-building and a tool fair which provided further educational tools for the participating youth workers that they can use in conflict situation and in multicultural environment. The training course aimed to empower young workers to take an active role in transforming intercultural misunderstandings and conflicts on all levels, and to foster understanding, tolerance and acceptance between differences. The project was co-funded by Erasmus + Programme of the European Commission. 2-"(Ex)Change the World" training course at lake Balaton, Hungary, November 2021. The core aim of “(Ex)change the world” project was to highlight the importance of social entrepreneurship in modern society as a sustainable way to build a synergy between social problems-job market-young entrepreneurs by providing quality content with the use of non-formal education methods. By implementing of the project we wished to achieve wider recognition and visibility of social entrepreneurship as tool of creating synergy between solution for the problems of modern youth with their business ideas and social problems by youth’s civil engagement. The most significant objectives were to quip of youth workers, thereby their target groups in multiple instruments and competences necessary for understanding and using concept of social enterpreneurship in their professional life and to raise awareness about the relation between economy, education and challenges of civil society. 3- “PROJECT CAFÉ, PROJECT CREATION FROM INSPIRATION TO ACTION”, was a training course that took place in Bankya, Sofia, Bulgaria,(30.06-05.07.2022). We learned how to organize and run high-qulity projects. A special focus was placed on the topic of refugees, social inclusion and social entrepreneurship. In this xciting journey, the participants were guided by the experienced trainers. The project aims was: Exchange with international youth workers, activists and volunteers about pressing topics in Europe that urgently need more attention, forced migration and refugees or social exclusion. Exploring Social Entrepreneurship as a tool for social change and just society. Learn from each other how to improve the processes of planning, preparing and implementing projects to tackle these topics Develop ideas into concrete project concepts while learning from existing local and international projects, best practices and from the field of NGOs and Social Entrepreneurs Build a support network to find synergies among project teams and to build on knowledge existing in networks and organizations. Use project management tools to develop, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate projects’ impacts. 4- Three participants from Albania represented 360 ͦ Youth Policy and Itegration in Fonyad, Hungary, between 19-26 August. The main aim of the project “Regional Coorperation” was to develop national, international and regional coorperation among the youth workers in order to share experiences and knowledge on working with NEET youth and their engagement in a dialogue to foster the EU social cohesion. The seminar started with a conference about youth participation on the 20th August in Budapest, where participants shared their country realities on the topic and they presented their NGOs. During the project they focused on both, national, regional and international cooperation. The participants had the chance to to have an insight of the project writing and project manager process. |
