Our mission is to help people supplement their education inequality. One of the original purposes was creating opportunities for indviduals to supplement their schooling and providing the labour market with a well-educated workforce using both formal non-formal methods, to promote social equality, acceptance, fairness and tolerance with equal opportunities between men and women.

OUR VISION
360˚ Youth Policy and Integration is a non-profit and non- governmental organization established in Tirana, Albania in 2021, when a group of young people decided to unite their efforts for causes that are important to all of us, although we come from different backgrounds. The idea of this organization is to be the point from which to obtain a common vision for the important aspects of our live, especially in non-formal education in Albania and beyond. Our main focus consists in developing personal and interpersonal skills for employment, entrepreneurship, active participation in society, contribution to the growth of personal competencies in order to create a better future for each individual, and consequently for the whole community. A better world featured by integrated social collaboration, respecting human rights, understanding of cultural diversity, international cooperation and participation.

About Us
The core team 360˚ Youth Policy and Integration, consists of five founders and up to seven constant volunteers, all of them young people of different professional profiles, and each one of them responsible for specific aspect of the projects/activities that we realize or plan. The target group of our activities are primarily ambitious and enthusiastic university and graduated students seeking additional sources for personal and professional development and interested in working on youth projects.
